FAIT GALLERY MEM focuses on the artwork by current Czech and foreign artists and extends the activities by FAIT GALLERY beyond the presentations of Fait Gallery collections and collecting in general. Its main aim is to highlight distinctive individualities of the young and middle-aged generations and their contemporary works. Visiting artists also collaborate with curators on projects that fully respect their position as an author. It also provides space for cooperation with foreign galleries to exchange exhibitions and presentations of foreign artists who otherwise would not have the opportunity to exhibit in Brno. By these activities MEM fulfills the meaning of its name as a unit of cultural information.
