Svoboda’s ONE SECOND OF JULIA ROBERTS’ LIFE from the Fait Gallery collection is featured together with Ragnar Kjartansson from Iceland as a part of the project Space for moving image: Chapter IV.: Rhetoric of time in a new approach in the National Gallery of Prague from February 5th 2016.
The prizewinners of Jindřich Chalupecky’ Award are featured together in the group show called SILVER LINING to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the prestigious prize. Kateřina Vincourová who is represented by Fait Gallery takes part in the show starting January 17th with her piece called Torso from 2011.

Katarína Hládeková, whose joint show with Jiří Kovanda SIAMESE UNCLE & MONTAGE you could see recently in Fait Gallery, becomes one of the five artists nominated for the Jindřich Chalupecký Award 2016. Other nominees are Aleš Čermák, Matyáš Chochola, Anna Hulačová and Johana Střížková. Congratulations!
The usual opening hours of current Fait Gallery shows start again from January 5th. The exhibition of Jan Poupě SET OF VIEWS you can visit in Fait Gallery Preview from Tuesday to Saturday at 10:00 to 18:00. Peter Demek’s STATUS and Josef Achrer’s BACKSTORIES are open in Fait Gallery & Fait Gallery MEM on Božetěchova street every Wednesday and Thursday from 13:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 14:00 to 18:00.

Because of today’s leak of the press release from the Adam Gallery to the public, we have had to respond and present our New Year gift a little earlier. We hope that you are as happy with the news as we are, there will be some excellent exhibitions in the new premises of the Fait Gallery!
